Processing Times: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase.

Pickup orders are usually ready within 24 hours or 1-2 business days.

Lost or Stolen Orders: Havalya.co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order has been shipped and tracking number is received, the shipping carrier has the most up-to-date information.

If order is missing or stolen please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Address Inaccuracy: We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if shipping address was provided at checkout incorrectly.

Once a tracking number is provided, Havalya.co is not responsible for the package.
